Great ride. Exceeded expectations. Ian put together a ride that included so many different sites and views. Recommend following the Garmin. Bikes were in great shape. Recommend lunch at the Greenhead Tea Room and a crisp beer at the Railway when coming back to the train station.

Ian was an amazing help today on our cycle ride around keilder waters. He met us at castle car park With a recommended route and a fleet of E-bikes ready for action! There were plenty of ups and downs but that's just the elevation and Ian was able to come meet us 5 miles off the original pick up point and drop us back off for our cars. Overall I've had a really great time and if I'm coming back up to the Hadrian area I'll be sure to use him again. Thank you Ian!!

Had a wonderful time cycling round Kildare Waters on Ian's e bikes. So much easier than regular bikes and you get to see a lot more. Ian was very responsive and helpful with suggested routes, and gave us a thorough walk-through of the bikes beforehand.
We did have a few accidents, including a broken chain, broken stand, low battery. But Ian was very understanding and helped us out by ferrying us to where we needed. Would definitely book with him again, once we regain feeling in our legs.

Ian was incredibly kind and welcoming- he helped us plan a route around Keilder Waters and answered all of our E-Bike questions (lots of us had never used them before). Booking with Ian was incredibly easy and he answered quickly. We had to stop a few miles shy of our initial end goal and Ian very kindly came to us and helped us get back to our cars. Highly recommended – I’ve rented a bike here twice. Both the scenery and Ian's e-bike service left a strong impression on me. I suspect that my friend and I might be among the few Asian faces Ian has encountered, so perhaps he still remembers us? Although I’ve strongly recommended this place to many friends, I’m not sure if any of them actually rented bikes here. XD
On our first visit, we went to Northumberland National Park. The location was just a few hundred metres from the train station. Ian gave us detailed route guidance and highly recommended the e-bike (which, as it turned out, was undoubtedly the best choice for long-distance cycling in natural scenery, especially if you’re not a professional rider). This experience left a deep impression on us and encouraged us to return for a second cycling challenge in the North Pennines.
The second cycling trip didn’t go as smoothly. Firstly, one of our bikes had a broken chain halfway through, so we called Ian, who kindly drove over to help us with the repair – we were very grateful! Then, on the way back, this same bike ran out of battery. Unfortunately, the return journey was all uphill, so we ended up being an hour and a half late returning the bikes. We thought Ian might charge us extra, but in fact, despite the extra hassle, he didn’t complain at all. We were really impressed by his thoughtful service. Thank you Ian!
If we had the chance, we would rent from here a third time, but unfortunately, we’re no longer in the UK. I suppose the only way I have now to relive those moments is by writing this Google review.

Ian was very accommodating. I phoned a day before looking to hire bike’s on a Sunday. He was busy himself that day but still managed to get the bikes to a location where we could pick up and drop them off. Good communication and ensured we were happy with the bikes and provided all necessary equipment. The eBikes themselves were great. The range on them was very impressive!
